The duet is inspired by Camus' philosophical essay 'The Myth of Sisyphus‘ and reflects the absurdity of our existence in an ironic and poetic way. The dance, based on everyday movements, is a kind of homage to the contradictions and versatility of the human being. It uses various forms of paradox throughout. It is a journey through human existence that combines the complex and the banal, the tragic and the comic, the beautiful and the ugly in one dance, thus opposes any form of ideology.

Das Duett ist inspiriert von Camus’ philosophischem Essay „Der Mythos des Sisyphos“ und spiegelt die Absurdität unserer Existenz auf ironische und poetische Weise wider. Der Tanz, der auf Alltagsbewegungen basiert, ist eine Art Hommage an die Widersprüche und Vielseitigkeit des Menschen. Er bedient sich durchgehend verschiedener Formen des Paradoxen. Es ist eine Reise durch die menschliche Existenz, die das Komplexe und das Banale, das Tragische und das Komische, das Schöne und das Hässliche in einem Tanz vereint und sich so jeder Form von Ideologie widersetzt.
